Monolifts are certainly something you don't see in home gyms. But they are great, and I encourage you to try one if you get the chance. Just do your homework to make sure you look like you know what you're doing.

This is a good option if they are exactly the right height for you, but it is a bit more work and will probably only be used for one exercise.
